§ 1 Scope

We record the IP-address of your internet service provider for a limited period of time, the date and time of the day as well as the website where you visit us. This data is used exclusively to improve our website and cannot be traced back to you.

In case of serious violations of our Terms of Use and of unlawful access or attempted access to our servers, we reserve the right to use individual data records to track personal information. In addition, we reserve the right to block your access. If you as a user have not complied with the Terms of Use and this has resulted in possible legal violations, you undertake to indemnify us from any claims and to compensate us for the costs incurred in this respect.

We, the consulting institution and our consultants, answer your questions on our own responsibility, in a qualified and competent manner. If you do not agree with the respective advice or technical problems affect the advice, please send us an email. As a consulting institution, we assume no responsibility for the actions of a person seeking advice. In the case of important legal, medical, psychological, economic and other serious situations, further consultations should always be consulted.

The online counseling of our institution cannot replace therapy, but it should provide important guidance for the solution to a problem situation and can make recommendations on how to proceed and deal with the problem. In principle, we shall only be liable in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.

For technical reasons, the texts from the chat, including the content from the consultation sessions, with the nickname used, the date and time are stored in a log file.

The technical service provider zone35, agency for digital communication, is not responsible for the diligence of the consulting institution in dealing with sensitive data of users. In particular, not for any notes and/or transcripts that consultants produce during a session for documentation and supervision. Not even if the user reveals his true identity to the consultant.

§ 5 Copyright

All texts, images and other information and data published on our website are subject to the copyright of our site, unless otherwise indicated. Any form of reproduction and/or modification may only be made with our written permission.

We expressly reserve the right to assert such an infringement in court. The recording of sequences from or entire video sessions as well as the copying of email responses and their distribution/ publication is prohibited. 

§ 6. Right to modification

We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use.

In the event of a significant risk to the life or health of the person (s) concerned,  or for particularly important legal interests of third parties, corresponding personal data may be disclosed as an act of assistance. This also applies to endangering the best interests of a child.
